2023 Denfeld All-Night Grad Party - Important Information!

CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME!! 

We have a full night of food and fun planned for you!! A few things you need to know: The Heritage Center is located at 120 S. 30th Ave. W. with free parking in the attached lot. Please use the main door to enter.  

The registration and fun starts at 9:30 pm; however, YOU MUST ARRIVE BY 10:00 pm. The doors will be locked at 10:00 pm. Parents of “no-shows” will be called to inform for safety/liability reasons. No admittance to any student who appears to be intoxicated/using chemicals (parents/guardians will be called).  

Bring only necessary items in with you. It is recommended you lock valuables in the trunk of your vehicles and change clothes before you come (casual, comfortable and something warm for the rink). If you need to bring something in with you, we will ask you to leave it at the secure check-in area.   

At check-in, you will receive a prize ticket to enter a drawing for one of many great prizes. Along with prizes you may win throughout the evening, you will receive a bag that includes your gift/coupons/etc.    

Come hungry and ready to have fun! Food provided by Lake Superior Catering, Great Harvest, Dairy Queen, Johnson’s Bakery & Caribou – tacos, cookies, dilly bars, and more! No outside food or drinks will be allowed.   

We have many activities planned including the following: caricaturists, an airbrush tattoo artist, a spa area, a DJ, a photo area, escape rooms, board games, yard games, bingo, Gaga Ball, an inflatable obstacle course, and a comedy show.  

The rink will be available for free skating/broomball/games. You may bring your own skates/helmets/sticks if you’d like (please label). We will keep them in a secure area when you are not using them. Skates, helmets, and broomball equipment will also be available for use at the Heritage Center. You must have a helmet to play hockey.

No one will be allowed to leave before 3:00 am without consent from a parent/guardian. We will call to confirm.

However, we will continue to take registrations up until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Make sure to fill out the REGISTRATION FORM and bring it with you! Forms will also be available at graduation rehearsal.
